The Usage of the gift card is only possible electronically via the use of an e-gift card by email. You must be 18 years of age or over to acquire this item.

This gift card remains valid for 24 months from the moment of purchase and is redeemable on any purchase online at www.ikenga.me

• IKENGA is not responsible for expired gift cards. In addition, expired gift cards will be deactivated after 24 months of inactivity.

• Any remaining balance on an expired gift card, we may, at our discretion, transfer this balance to a new gift card.

• Our gift card purchasing value is set at a maximum of €1,000. Should you wish to make a purchase that exceeds this amount, kindly contact us directly.

• We cannot be held liable for any unauthorized use of your gift card prior to their cancellation or expiry. In addition, any balance transferred to a new gift card will have the value of those unauthorized purchases subtracted accordingly.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds for returned purchases ordered with a gift card will be re-issued back to the gift card.

GIFT MESSAGES

Gift orders will be identified at Checkout; where you will be able to select “Send a gift” to the recipient.

• You are responsible for the content of gift messages and we bear no responsibility for any inappropriate, or incorrect wordings, or messages. We cannot modify the gift message once the Checkout process is complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse messages; when they are viewed as offensive, vulgar, disrespectful or obscene.
• We also reserve the right to disable or temporarily suspend access to the gift message service without notice, and without liability to you if you violate the terms.
