Orders made at IKENGA for products and services slated for deliveries at later dates require additional contact details and delivery information for the order to be fulfilled. We may employ the use of third-party delivery partners to fulfill our service to you and we will need to share the information you provide with them for this reason.

While interacting with us, you might be presented with the option to receive marketing communications from IKENGA. Your information will be stored with us at IKENGA as long as required, or where there are legitimate grounds for them to be kept. Where your personal information is no longer required, for example; research purposes or analytics, we will delete all your personal details.

If you are a member of our Rewards Program or have an account with ikenga.me, we will keep your personal information and keep your account active. For clients who have not visited and made purchases on the website in the last four years, will have their account  and personal information deleted. After this period you will be required to create a new account if you wish to continue your experience with IKENGA.

For clients who are not registered at ikenga.me and are not part of the Rewards Program, but you have signed up to receive newsletters and other marketing messages, we will only keep your information, for as long as you permit us to continue communicating with you.

If you decide to shop as a guest and select the Guest Checkout option, we will only keep your personal details for a reasonable period of time after your purchase is made. This will enable us in fulfilling our contractual obligations to you, such as; refunds and guarantees. If you currently receive marketing messages from ikenga.me, we will include order information to your customer record.

Kindly bear in mind that if you are a member of our Rewards Program or a registered account holder at ikenga.me, but choose to shop as a guest on the Checkout process, we will automatically include your Guest Checkout purchase to your records internally. It will not  be published on your order history page as that only displays orders through the registered member journey. If you wish for it not to be this way, then kindly use another email address that is not registered or recognized by IKENGA.
